• The website's primary function is to win the lost to Jesus Christ.
  
• The website MUST NOT endorse any certain Christian Church. It must be non-denominational in nature.
  
• The website must be easy to navigate.
  
• The website must have an appealing and pleasant design.

This award will only be given to those sites which are dedicated to the lost and lonely of the world.
